Connor Guzman former Lakeland student and proprietor of Nene's Cocina located on Ringwood Avenue in Wanaque, was the guest speaker in the Small Business Management class. Connor discussed the logistics of opening up a restaurant and essential skills he looks for when hiring employees for the restaurant.
