Bullying is a common problem in the US. According to the CDC, about 1 in 5 HS students reported being bullied at school & more than 1 in 6 were cyber bullied. Today's Challenge: Think before you text or before you like or forward a message that may be hurtful to someone else.

Monday, October 2nd, is the World Day of Bullying Prevention. Let's kick off the Week of Respect by Wearing Blue to show our solidarity with schools and communities around the world as we work to stop bullying and cyberbullying.


Congratulations to the Lancer Band, scoring a 1st place win, Group 3A, with best music and best effect in Hanover Park today!

ERASE & SAFE SPACE hung positive messages and suicide prevention flyers. Students and staff participated in creating the messages and ribbons for awareness month.



The CORE Program released their butterflies today after watching them metamorphosis from caterpillars over the last couple of weeks.

The Lancer Band will open our competitive season this Saturday as part of the US Bands circuit group 3A!
