Just a reminder to all Fall athletes that physicals and permission forms must be returned by this Wednesday. Each practice, students will have a temperature check done at the back of the school between the buildings. Daily COVID form must be handed in and mask must be worn.

Reminder that all physical/permission forms must be returned by July 22 Physicals are valid for 365 days so a physical done July 23 2019 or after will be valid for this Fall. State legislation is still not finalized approving physicals done before that date to be used this Fall
Attention Fall athletes: Due to recent NJSIAA season, parameter and guideline changes, LRHS will now be opening our fields and hosting 'official workouts' beginning next Thu. July 23. All physicals/forms must be returned and temperature checks will be done before all workouts.
